5. Subscription Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Cancellations do not automatically result in refunds unless requested within the 7-day money-back guarantee period.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago
  • Subscriptions where more than 500 credits have been used in the current billing cycle
  • Refund requests that do not comply with this policy
  • Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment processors
